The 37th annual Newtown Parks and Recreation Rooster Run 5K will take place on Saturday, May 21, at 8:30 am.
The race will start and finish at the new Newtown Municipal Center and run in, around, and through the Fairfield Hills Campus. All proceeds will benefit the Newtown Scholarship Association.

The Rooster Run is the first leg of the inaugural Newtown Race Series.
The other two races are the fifth annual Newtown road race on September 4 and the first Newtown Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving.
