Please arrive early as the race may fill to the capacity of 200 entrants. Record Fields expected.
New Bike Course - Two Loop - Less Elevation
Distances: 500 Yd Swim | 12 Mile Bicycle (New *) | 5 Km Run
Registration: On-site the day of the event from 5:00 to 6:15 at Blish Park
USAT Licenses: USAT Licenses must be current and a photo ID is required.
USAT Marshals: All standard USAT rules will apply and time penalties and disqualifications will be issued.
Season bans will be issued for poor sportsmanship.
The town has been gracious enough to have us back.
Please do not be the one to jeopardize this for all of us.
Parking: Parking is limited so please car pool if possible. Parking is permitted next to the baseball
diamond on Park Road and to the right side of the lake town parking area.
The left side is for town residents only.

*Exit the boat launch onto Lake Road
(R) onto North Main,
(R) onto West Road
(R) onto Laurel Lane
(L) onto Heritage Drive
(R) onto Jones Hollow Road
(R) onto North Main
*Repeat
*Finish (R) onto Lake Road at Boat Launch

Run: 5K
Wave Starts: There will be two waves of 100.
Time Limit: A time limit will be issued for the second loop of the bike. Racers unable to complete the first loop
in a specified time will be ask to dismount and start their run. Yes, this will throw off timing and
actual place for some racers but in this case safety prevails and after all this is a training race.
