Notes:	2018 Ellington Sprint Triathlon .25 M Swim, 12 M Bike, 3.1 Run 2018 Ellington Duathlon 2.25 M Run, 12 M Bike, 2.25 Mile Run Age Divisions both Male and Female: 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89 Transition Area: Transition will open at 6:00am, (Racers only are allowed in the Transition area) Timing Chips: Registration Desk at Crystal Lake Beach: open at 6:00am TWO WAVES (WAVE 1 - ALL MEN -- WAVE 2 - ALL WOMEN) Race Start: Wave # 1: 8:00 am, Wave # 2: 8:03 am No rain date. In case of inclement weather or water issues, race director reserves the right to shorten the course, hold a duathlon, or a 10K run.
