Divisions: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over, Unified,

Schedule: Race day registration starts at   am. Walkers start at 9:30 am; Runners start at 10 am..
Entry Fee:  $11 Registered by Nov 1 | $13 Registered after Nov 1 & race day.
Awards: Trophies to Top Male & Top Female overall, the top 3 Male & Female finishers in each age division, and the top 3 walkers overall. T-shirts to all pre-registered runners & walkers | Refreshments served after the race. | Raffle  | Sports Managers.

Directions:  From Rte 15: Heading North or South, Take Exit 56. At end of ramp, turn right toward Milford. Proceed 2.5 miles, go past Franks Nursery and then take next left on Kozlowski Rd. Follow to end of road, turn right onto Orange Ave. School is on right.

From I-95: Take Exit 39B (Rte1 - Boston Post Rd); Go to first stop light (CT Post Mall on right), turn left at Burger King onto Cedarhurst Lane. Follow Cedarhurst to end. Turn right on Orage Ave. School is one mile on left.

Waiver:  In consideration of the acceptance of my entry into the 1999 Platt Tech 5K Road Race & Fun Walk, I, for myself, my heirs,executors, adminstrators, and assignees, do hereby release and discharge the Platt Tech Athletic Association, directors, officers, agents, and all officials, sponsors, and volunteers of the race for all claims arising or growing out of my participation in said athletic event. I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event. I am aware that there may be, at times, traffic on the course. I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event. No refunds will be made.  I further certify that I am in satisfactory physical condition and have made ample preparations for the running of 5,000 meters, or have had a recent physical examination by a certified medical doctor.

Applications for minors under the age of 18 will be accepted with a parent's signature.
