Participants can complete the race wherever they like, even a treadmill.... Participants get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Then submit your results to www.plattsys.com Plattsys will compile the results and post online • Please practice social distancing during your runs. (6 ft is the rule). • Wash your hands with soap and water. • Stay home if you are not feeling well.
