Notes:	Entries include: Bristol Eastern, Wolcott, Wethersfield, Guilford, Shepaug, Wamago, Litchfield, Chase, Hopkins, St Joseph, Grasso Tech, Middletown, New Britain, Northwest Catholic Meet Entries 140 entries in the 55 dash Boys 150 Entries in the 55 Girls. 95 entries in the 1600 Boys. 60 Entries in the 1600 Girls All meets are held in the Bacon Field House at the Freeman Athletic Center, 161 Cross Street, Middletown, CT (200-meter Versaturf Indoor Track) High School (grades 9-12) and Open ENTRY FEE: $12.00 per athlete (for all competitors - Unlimited event entries for individual events) (For additional payment information please click here for the Registration Form) EVENTS 55 Hurdles 1600m 55m Sprint medley relay [200, 200, 400, 800] Relays are limited to 5 teams (A,B,C,D,E) Long Jump [1 measured attempt, then only measurements past w-13' / m-17'] Girls: 5:00-7:00 pm Boys: 7:30-9:30 pm High Jump [starting height at w-4'/m-4'6'' going up 2" at a time] Boys: 5:00-7:00 pm Girls: 7:30-9:30 pm (1 pit) Shot Put [1 measured attempt then only measurements past w-22' / m-32'] (2 circles) Pole Vault Jamboree Open practice. Vaulter must be accompanied by coach at practice Girls: 5:00-7:00 pm Boys: 7:30-9:30 pm All results will be posted on www.plattsys.com These meets are open to competitors of all ages and abilities.
