Notes:	.25 M Swim, 12 M Bike, 3.1 Mile Run The race will take place in the beautiful countryside of Ellington, CT in the Crystal Lake region. The swim will consist of a bouy to bouy 1/4 mile swim in Crystal Lake followed by a 12-mile road bike on the back country roads of Ellington & Tolland. The final stage of the race will be a 3.1 mile run around Crystal Lake with a glorious finish back at the lake.
