Southern Conn State Univ, Moore Fieldhouse - New Haven, Ct

From Trumbull, Take Merritt Pkwy over Sikorsky Bridge to exit just before the Tunnel. Follow signs toward New Haven.You will go thru several lights and then past signs to the Yale Bowl. Newtown High School - Track Meets

From Hartford, Take Interstate 84 Westbound. After you cross the Rochambeau Bridge just over the Newtown town line, you will pull a hill. Stay right. Get off at Exit 11 ( Route 34, Derby, New Haven). At the end of the ramp, there is a traffic light. You actually will be looking directly at the field/track ahead of you. However, you must take a right. Got to the next traffic light, less than 300m, getting in the left lane. Turn left at this light and immediately turn left into the school parking lot. As you go into the lot, bear left and about 50 yards up, you will see a service road on your left that will take you down to the field/track.

MIT Track Cambridge, Mass

Mass Type to Boston  Thru 128 interchange, Past Newtown & "The Sheraton over the Turnpike".
Take Left Hand Exit Prior to Boston Toll = Cambridge/Allston. Pay Toll & Bear Right to Cambridge
Go over Charles River - Take first right after Bridge onto Memorial Drive - Past Polaroid on Left until you see Hilton or Hyatt on left ( I can't remember which it is). Turn left at light in front of Hotel. Follow to stop sign, Turn right and MIT Track is 1/2 mile up on right.(Look for BUBBLE).

Lahey Clinic - Burlington, Mass

Mass Type to Rte 128 North. Exit 33B to Mall Rd (Marriott on corner) . Take a left at the Third Traffic light on Mall Rd

Hopkinton, Mass - Site of the Start of the BAA Boston Marathon (April)

Mass Type to Rte 495 Marlboro Exit. Follow Rte 495 South just one exit to Hopkinton. Follow
Main St into the center of town.

 Governor Dummer Academy - Byfield, MA

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90)  to Route 128 North. Take Interstate 95 North
 to Exit 55, Central Street, Byfield. Follow the red Governor Dummer Academy signs that mark the 
route:   From the  ramp, turn right onto a winding country road. Stay on Central  Street and cross
 a small bridge. Central street becomes School Street  which you will follow 
to the end. Turn left onto Elm Street and travel  one mile before turning left onto the 
campus at the GDA sign. 

Gordon Indoor Track - Harvard University

Mass Type to Boston  Thru 128 interchange, Past Newtown & "The Sheraton over the Turnpike".
Take Left Hand Exit(#18) Prior to Boston Toll = Cambridge/Allston. Pay Toll & Bear left to Allston. Turn right at the second set of lights onto North Harvard Street. Proceed approximately one mile until you pass Harvard Stadium on your left. Just after the stadium, turn  left through the gate off of North Harvard Street. Indoor Track is behind the stadium across from the hockey rink.

Pennsylvania

Villanova Univ - Villanova, PA

From the NJ Turnpike: Take Exit 6 of the New Jersey Turnpike to The Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276). Exit Penn Tpyke at I-476 South. Take Exit 5 (Villanova/St Davids) and take US 30 East (Bear Right) past the intersection with Rte 320. The second traffic light after Rte 320 is Lancaster and Ithan Ave (Fieldhouse is on your left)

New York

Univ at Albany - Albany NY

Mass Type to NY State Thruway - Exit to Rte 90 toward Albany. Past Bridge Construction. Take State University Exit (Exit 2 Fuller Rd) Turn left at end of ramp. Follow thru 3 lights - Turn left at third light into University. Follow roads to Track.

Van Cortland Park  - Bronx, NY   Site of Major Cross-Country Meets

Merritt Parkway South ; Go past Rte 287 in White Plains; Turn onto Cross-County Pkwy. Follow Cross-County Pkwy past Bronx River Pkwy to a right turn onto  Rte 87 South. Follow Rte 87 (Major Deegan)  past Yonkers Raceway to Exit 11 - Van Cortland Park/Fordham. Turn right at end of ramp. Then turn right onto Broadway / Past Burger King to Start/Finish Line in the Park to your right. 

Central Park - Schenectady, NY

From Springfield - Take Mass Type West to NY Border. (Changes from Mass Type to I-90). Exit at sign for Albany Hudson I-90. Continue  on I-90 Past Downtown Albany Exits and Fuller Rd Exit to Thruway Exit 24. Take West To Buffalo. Exit at Thruway Exit #25 - take 890 West - Exit to Rte 7 East.. At one or two lights past the overpass, make a left onto Golf Rd. At the T, take a right, go around two bends, park entrance is on your left. Once in the park, make a right near playground and pavillion toward the main Restaurant Building.

Randalls Island/Icahn Stadium

G.W.  Bridge to Harlem River Drive South; follow the road to To Triboro Bridge (stay to the left at toll booths)
Look for signs to Randall's Island to your left; go down the ramp and at the end of it follow the road to the right
and when it splits, stay on the middle lane (right lane to Queens, left lane straight to Wards Island)
Icahn Stadium will be in front of you on the right

TRINITY-PAWLING SCHOOL: From Northern New England
Take I-84 to Exit 20. Follow Rt. 22 North, for about 12 miles, into Pawling. The school will be on the right.

White Plains HS - White Plains, NY - Loucks Games

Merritt Parkway to Rte 287 West toward Tappan Zee Bridge. Take First Exit off Rte 287 (Westchester Ave - White Plains) Follow to second traffic light - turn left and go back over Rte 287. High School should be straight ahead up the hill  (Directions are sketchy after getting off Rte 287)

Syracuse University Carrier Dome   Syracuse, NY

From the East - New York State Thruway to Exit 36; Follow I-81 South to Exit 18 Bear Left off Ramp; At the third light, turn left on Adams; At the second light, at the top of the hill, turn right onto Irving Ave; Follow Irving Ave until Dome somehow appears on the left.

St Johns University    New York

From New Haven: I-95 South to Throgs Neck Bridge. After bridge, Follow Clearview Expressway to Union Typke. Turn right onto Union Typke and follow for 3 miles to campus on your left.
